There is always something bold in new beginnings.

When we opened our studio, it was the uncertain heart of a pandemic. A suspended, fragile time. But it is precisely there, between waiting and courage, that we decided to bet on beauty, the kind that cannot be stopped, not even when the world slows down.

We are Claudio and Salvo. We live between Sicily and Milan and only one thing moves us: the search for authenticity. We do not photograph weddings out of duty, but out of desire. Because in certain love stories we recognize ourselves and we want to tell them with eyes that know how to feel.

May 27th is a date we will always carry with us: the first wedding by Nero Photography. Alberto, from Bologna, and Ana, originally from the Philippines, are two souls who met in Barcelona, ​​during a Master. Since then they have never left each other. After celebrating their love on the other side of the world, they wanted to pay homage to it also in Italy, in their second home: Bologna.

For three days we followed them discreetly, as we love to do. A sideways glance, never invasive, because certain emotions reveal themselves only to those who know how to wait.

On Friday, among the golden porticos of Bologna, a light walk with the dearest friends. On Saturday, the ceremony in the exotic setting of Isolani World, colorful like a shared dream. And on Sunday, a brunch among the vineyards of Podere Riosto, where the morning light seemed to bless everything.

We collected glances, silences, fleeting caresses. We photographed not only an event but an energy. And yes, we confess: we were moved. Because Nero Photography was born from this, from the need to give back what life gives us, when love is sincere and the atmosphere welcomes it with grace.

Because the time to love, like the time to truly look, is always stolen time. And therefore, precious time.
